Today P4/5 had a special visit from Bronagh and Amy from Dairy Council's Food and Fitness team. The children learnt all about having a healthy, balanced lifestyle and understanding why we need to eat some diary foods. The children learnt a fun 'Rap' to help them remember the food and fitness facts!
