With the mental health and well-being of our children being at the forefront of our minds in Clea Primary we were delighted to welcome back our Relax Kids coach Joanne Callan albeit through a virtual medium at the moment! The boys and girls thoroughly enjoyed their online session which concentrated on the topic of ‘Change’. They were reminded of all of the relaxation techniques embedded in their course last year and it was lovely to see it all come flooding back to everyone. Judging by the footage everyone was well and truly relaxed at the end of the session when they listened to one of their favourite pieces of music and repeated their new mantra, “I am smart, I am kind, I am important.” 🌈
