Today was a big day for Primary 4 who began their ‘Roots of Empathy’ programme. The programme is designed to help build caring, peaceful and civil societies through developing empathy in our children. They should experience an increase in sharing, caring, inclusion and positive mental health through regular visits with an infant. Many thanks to Niamh for bringing baby Lila along to meet us and to Miss Haughey for pioneering the programme. Roots of Empathy
