P4/5 have been exploring Irish folklore The Black Pig's Dike. On Friday they travelled to town lands in South Armagh to see first hand the linear earthworks which can be found in Dorsey. The children visited many historic points within the Ring of Gullion. Our tour guide Una Walsh fascinated the children bringing alive the history that lines within our doorstep. This was a truly fantastic trip and all the children throughly enjoyed it.
