It was a busy morning last Friday in Clea Primary School as the P6/7 class launched their Young Enterprise project for the 2016/17 school year.
The class welcomed two parents Mr Darren Morgan and Mr Paul McKee as well as personnel from the Young Enterprise team. Mrs Duffy has been working with the pupils to help them decide on their product ‘The Clea Fairy Door’. Now with the business team they will plan and ahead and hopefully market their product in the run up to Christmas.
Darren Morgan is proprietor of award winning ‘DK Kitchen Designs’ in Keady. He brought much business knowledge and expertise to the morning. Paul McKee is a talented artist and craftsman and will help the children in the design and production of the doors.
Mrs Duffy is delighted with the community links and involvement of parents in the life of the school. A big thank you to all involved. The ‘Clea Fairy Doors’ will be on sale in the school in the near future.
